Scientific Method

The Scientific Method is an empirical method for finding answers that is the basis of scientific research.

A checklist for understanding the world:

• Observe and gather information about something or a phenomenon
• Define a question — why?
• Formulate an hypothesis: a testable explanation to your question
• Design and run a repeatable experiment to test the hypothesis (with a control and a test variant)
• Analyse the results & draw conclusions
• Go back to step 1 if necessary!
